This branding project for Wanchi, a family-owned brand dedicated to bao and char siu, is a complete overhaul of a work I initially created at the beginning of my career in branding. Although I had previously worked on Wanchi's visual identity, I felt the need to breathe new life into it—this time with a more modern vision that aligns with my professional growth.

The central idea was to capture the brand's family tradition while reinterpreting it with a fresher and more contemporary approach. To achieve this, I developed illustrations that depict moments of sharing with family and friends, preserving the traditional essence but with a modern twist.

The logo, inspired by the image of the brand's owner, combines a minimalist style with elements of Chinese design, striking a balance between the classic and the modern. The colors red, light blue, and cream were chosen to reflect both the vibrant energy of oriental cuisine and the warmth of family tradition.
